Souderton, Pa. — CHL Systems, a 70-year leader in custom industrial automation, conveyance, and packaging solutions, today announced the acquisition of JAM Works LLC, a FANUC-authorized robotics and automation integrator based in Mayfield, Pa. The acquisition accelerates CHL’s strategic expansion into robotics and positions the company to deliver more comprehensive automation solutions to manufacturers across the food processing and material handling industries.
JAM Works, recognized for its engineering expertise and track record in turnkey robotic system integration, will continue to operate as its own brand under its existing leadership. The acquisition brings together CHL’s deep customer relationships and market reach with JAM Works’ robotics expertise and fabrication capabilities—delivering integrated automation for complete processing lines.

The acquisition brings JAM Works’ proven robotics integration experience—including palletizing systems, case packing cells, machine tending, and automated assembly—into the CHL portfolio.
