Forever Barnwood has introduced its rustic white oak millwork and door collection as a permanent product line. The Wisconsin manufacturer previously supplied white oak components on a special-order basis for selected projects. The company now pairs the millwork and doors with its rustic white oak flooring to support coordinated interior packages for residential and commercial construction.
The collection includes prefinished millwork profiles, door casings, baseboards, trim, and engineered hardwood stave-core doors. The doors are produced for dimensional stability and consistent operation in new construction and remodeling. Circle-sawn or smooth finishes are available, allowing the same rustic appearance to continue from floors through openings and trim. The line is designed to work with the company’s existing barnwood products, including wall coverings, beams, stair parts, and mantles, when projects require a single visual language.
Materials are processed through the company’s kiln-drying and hand-finishing methods. White oak is sourced from regional forests and prepared to millwork specifications. The approach produces consistent lengths and profiles, which supports installation schedules that depend on matching components arriving together. The company also continues to manufacture its established Wisconsin white pine products, which remain available for projects that specify pine rather than oak.
Chad Bleeker, co-owner of Forever Barnwood, described the decision to make the line permanent. “White oak millwork and doors had been requested often enough that keeping them as special-order items no longer matched how projects were being specified.”
Jason Bast, co-owner of Forever Barnwood, addressed production planning. “Making the collection a standard offering allows the same finishing and sizing standards to be applied across flooring, doors, and trim on a regular production schedule.”
The company produces its barnwood alternatives at its facility in Plum City, Wisconsin. Owners Chad Bleeker and Jason Bast oversee operations that combine construction and millwork experience with controlled manufacturing. Bleeker’s background includes framing and millwork. Bast served in the United States Navy as a nuclear reactor operator before completing degrees in economics, mathematics, and business administration. The company is a member of the National Wood Flooring Association and the National Association of Home Builders.
Project work has included hospitality and retail interiors as well as private homes. After Midnight Group, identified on the company site as a commercial client, has used Forever Barnwood materials in hotel and restaurant settings. Residential applications have included stair systems, ceilings, walls, and custom millwork. These installations have used matching finishes so that doors, trim, and adjacent surfaces read as one system rather than separate purchases.
The rustic white oak line is intended for interiors that call for a refined version of barnwood character. Designers have specified the products in lake homes, farmhouse-style residences, and commercial spaces where white oak grain and a controlled rustic texture are preferred over pine. Burnt black and other custom color treatments remain available when a project requires a darker or more contemporary contrast.
Production from renewable timber, rather than deconstructed barns, supports repeatable supply. Kiln-drying to a stable moisture range reduces movement after installation. Components are free of nails, rot, and irregular sizing often associated with salvaged barnwood. That consistency is the reason the company positioned the oak millwork and door package as a standing catalog offering rather than a one-off request.
Forever Barnwood will continue to supply both pine and oak product families. The permanent oak millwork and door line expands the company’s interior package beyond pine-based barnwood while remaining within the same manufacturing process and project-support model.
Forever Barnwood is a Wisconsin-based producer of barnwood products from renewable resources. The company manufactures doors, millwork, flooring, beams, wall coverings, stair parts, and related interior elements for residential and commercial projects.
