The recognition is based on confidential employee feedback collected through an independent survey administered by Energage. More than 42,000 organizations nationwide were invited to participate in the 2026 USA Today Top Workplaces USA program. Companies were evaluated by size, and within the 2,500?plus employee category, only 110 organizations earned the designation nationwide. Survey results measured key workplace experience themes related to employee engagement, alignment, and trust in leadership.
