Spur Experiences® Launches Spurfect Rewards: Every Experience Booked, Gifted or Received Counts Toward Badges, E-Wallet Credit and a Real Enamel Pin

PR Newswire

Members unlock up to $170 in Spur credit per badge across three milestones, and the first ships a collectible pin. Past purchases count, so many longtime customers start with rewards already earned.

DENVER, Oct. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Spur Experiences®, the gift-giving platform for experiences, today launched Spurfect Rewards, a loyalty program that rewards people for the experiences they book, give and receive. At each milestone, members unlock Spur e-wallet credit that works like a gift card, and at the first one Spur mails them a real enamel pin.

Half of U.S. holiday shoppers (50%) plan to give an experience this season, up from 47% in 2025 and 39% in 2024, according to Deloitte's 2026 holiday retail survey (https://www.deloitte.com/us/en/about/press-room/deloitte-holiday-spending-set-to-increase.html). Spurfect Rewards counts a gift the same as a booking, so giving someone an experience moves the giver closer to their own next one. Businesses can give experiences too: Spur's corporate gifting offers bulk vouchers, delivered by email or through Sendoso and Postal, for employees and clients.

Every qualifying experience counts toward one or more of ten reward badges: Foodie, Adrenaline Junkie, Water Baby, Outdoor Explorer, Globetrotter, Culture Vulture, Zen Master, Encore Chaser, Sideline Superfan and Memory Gifter.

Each badge has three milestones, and each one adds credit on top of the last:

  • Trailblazer: $20 in credit after 5 experiences, plus the badge's enamel pin by mail
  • Maverick: a further $50 after 10 experiences ($70 total)
  • Legend: a further $100 after 20 experiences, for $170 in total per badge

Booking an experience, sending one as a gift, or redeeming one received from someone else all count, and one experience can count toward more than one badge. Rewards on concert, sports and gifted experiences apply to eligible purchases of $100 or more. Members follow their badge progress and e-wallet balance in their Spur account on the web and in the Spur app for iOS and Android.

"Most loyalty programs reward you for spending on yourself. We wanted to reward people for giving, too, because at Spur a gift is how a lot of our customers find their next favorite thing to do. And we wanted something you can hold, so the first milestone comes with a real pin in the mailbox," said Cody Sudmeier, CEO of Spur Experiences. Starting today, experience pages show which badges an experience counts toward, and shoppers can browse by badge.
